How do I return or exchange an item?

• Items must be returned within 14 days from the arrival of your shipment.

• Prior authorization is required on all returns by contacting Customer Service at [e-mail] for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Items must be returned in original packaging with the RMA clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Note: Returns sent to us without a Return Authorization# will not be accepted.

Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Hylunia.
