Why does the Skin Lightening Treatment contain SDA 40 Alcohol?

I have a client who is extremely allergic to salicylic acid in any form. She's also very sensitive. I'd love to give her a Hylunia facial but I need to know if there is any salicylic acid or white willow bark or any derivative of sal acid in the Vitamin C

Why is the Beyond Complex C orange if Hylunia doesn’t use dyes?
The color is a result of the combination of ingredients, there is Vitamin A and Vitamin C which contribute to the orange color. There is no dye added.
