RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items must be returned within 14 days from arrival of shipment. Prior authorization is required on all returns by contacting Customer Service at [e-mail] for a Return Merchandise Authorization# (RMA#). Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Hylunia. Items must be returned in original packaging with the authorized RMA# number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Note: Returns sent to us without an RMA# will not be accepted.
