Is Titanium oxide in Sun Screen is included in CA Prop 65 banned ingredients?

Not all the Titanium oxide is banned in sunscreen. Only airborne/ unbound Titanium Oxide ( less than 10 micron particle size) is banned such as spray sunscreen or hair color with titanium oxide. Sunscreen with Titanium Oxide in lotion is NOT banned by CA Prop 65. The Titanium Oxide pigments are wetted in sunscreen and cannot be air borne. Hylunia’s and Hymed’s Facial Day lotions are wetted and entrapped in lotion and safe to use. The advantage of Titanium Oxide is that it is non- reactive ( no Chemicals) and reflect theUV A & B of the sun light and better than 100% chemical sun screen..
