I called Hylunia and they told me it was not included only Retinol Vitamin A in encapsulated formula which is not the same as reinyl palmitate which is a less effective dose anyways.

Retinol A is going into the skin, making it less effective as well as less sensitive to the sun because it does not stay on top of the skin. Retinol Palmitate is an ester-c converted back into Retino via enzymes, therefore making this less effective.
